Round 14: OBGFC U19s v University Blues

The u/19s played Uni Blues at Crawford Oval on Saturday in heavy

conditions and a stiff breeze sweeping across the ground.

At half time we held a slender 3 point lead and we had a battle on our

hands but a 6 goal third quarter set us up for a great win.

Our backline deserve a special mention as their overlap running behind

the ball produced some of the best ball movement for the season. Our

forwards conversion was also a massive improvement, 6 straight in the

third quarter being the highlight of the day.

Our next game is at home to St. Kevin’s at 9.20, come down and cheer

the lads on as they would appreciate the support.
