Vale | Doug Ridley

It’s with great sadness that the Club announces the passing last Friday of Doug Ridley, one of its greatest ever players. 

Doug was Leading Goalkicker in 1957, the Club's inaugural year and again in 1962.

Doug also captained the Club in 1960, 61 and 63, and was our B&F winner in 1957 & 1959.

Along with his parents, he was active on the Committee during its formative years and was awarded Life Membership in 2010.
