Morgan’s Milestone
The Old Brighton Grammarians Football Club would like to congratulate Morgan McGregor, who on Saturday will become the first OBGFC Women’s player to reach 50 games.
Senior Women’s Coach, Peter Grant, had the following to say of Morgan’s outstanding contribution to the club:
“Morgan was a founding member of our inaugural team in 2017.
With no previous club football experience, Morgan has transformed into one of the leading players in our team and in the VAFA Division 1 competition.
Morgan capped off a magnificent season in 2019 as captain of our grand final team, and being selected in the VAFA Division 1 Team of the Year.
A very popular member of our club, Morgan is always putting her hand up to help and is a great club member of which we should all be proud.”
